currently has an opening for a Building Maintenance Handyman located in Charleston, WV.
This is a skilled position for a person with building maintenance experience.

The General Building Maintenance Technician opening is a full-time position working 40 hours a week.
Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs.
Pay is based on experience.

Skills needed to be successful as the General Building Maintenance Technician include:
Intermediate plumbing skills (Toilets, drains, hot water tanks) Intermediate electrical skills (switches, fixtures, outlets, appliance repair) Interior and exterior painting experience Drywall hanging and repair experience Can-do attitude with strong communication skills Willingness to learn
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years of building maintenance experience OR equivalent training Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl and otherwise move about Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance A valid driver's license, personal vehicle and insurance Understanding of the skills outlined above Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings Good communication skills A GREAT Attitude TO APPLY:
